I cannot put into words how bad my experience was with this shop! I took an ipad in the get the screen replaced. So far, so good. I paid $300 and was very pleased with the service. When I got it back, it would not take my password. Apparently, it had been changed while it was being repaired. Then I got locked out because I had tried too many times to open it with the wrong password. I've been back to get them to help me reset the password or unlock it or whatever I need to do. I asked the lady if she could unlock my phone so I can use it on any service provider. All she did was restart my phone and erased everything I had on there and then charging me $20 when I asked to talk to someone higher up she refused to call anybody so be careful if you go up there I’m still trying to get a hold of someone higher up
RUN! RUN! RUN! DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! Establishment lied about opening console to see what was wrong with it and ran a diagnostic telling me there was no disc in the console for me to get proper tools on my way home and open it with a simple YouTube video to find out the disc WAS IN THE CONSOLE and they had lied about the work they had done not only the tech but CiCi at the front desk who said she witnessed him opening it and finding no disc…
I had bought an ipad accessory that the salesperson told me would work for what I had. After getting the accessory home, it was too small for what I needed. I took the accessory back to the store where 2 young sales clerks said they were not authorized to give refunds, that only their boss could. Of course the boss wasnt there. They both tried to text and call said boss and got no response from him. They told me I could come back at 7 pm at closing and he "should" be there.
