Brought in my laptop for repair, was told the timeline was 1-2 days. I came in for a known issue with my laptop. After more than 2 months, without updates unless I kept asking, I hear back that my laptop can't be fixed. I then asked "have you tried this?" and suddenly, it could be fixed... They also "fixed" something related to the battery, which never had any issues prior, and now my laptop works but doesn't hold a charge anymore.
