Called in asking about a charging issue for both my laptops. They said to bring it in and they would see what the issue is. I bought them in and they quickly explained the issue without charging a diagnostic fee.
They fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes. The lady in the front I forgot to ask her name but she was SO helpful. THANK YOU . Will be coming back! She was so nice and attentive to me
