Scammers!! They have my iPad since December and don't return phone calls and now a marshal Hanley says he not with the company anymore don't do business with them
Closed - Evansville location evicted
Took my phone to have the cracked screen replaced. To make a long story short the tech cracked the motherboard on my phone. I was told by the owner to bring it in and it would be replaced. Here i am 4 months later and still do not have a phone. No one ever returns my calls or emails. Not sure how they stay in business with those kind of practices. VERY VERY UNHAPPY. Hopefully i will get my phone one day. We will see.
Honestly I am thrilled. These guys are TOTALLY legit! There was no double talk scamming which is common place in the industry of cellular repair and high pressure sales. Their office is in a prestituous area of Newburg. They are dressed professionally as what they are "PHONE SURGEONS" No- I was not billed for that either. They repaired my Galaxy Note phone in front of me, guaranteed their work for a lifetime- no phony warantees offered for me to buy as a last minute add on cost. My bill for parts and labor was $41.39. My experience was great. The service was fantastic and they had my ipod screen replaced in about an hour.
