These guys will do anything to not refund you. Do yourself a favour and get a workable phone cover from somewhere like JB Hi Fi. I bought an iPhone 17 Pro cover made by RedPepper and it was not fit for purpose. The sound with the cover on was like listening to music through a crackly, broken speaker. I know muffled sound which is what I was expecting but this was completely unacceptable. The covers also cover one speaker completely.
