I've had a few issues with some phones I had and I tried all these phone stores around town and no luck at all, then I came across Stephen over at phone sensei and all my failed attempts to get the service I needed had me ready to give up on searching that same day he had my phone up and going fast and great work real nice respectful guy I highly recommend stephen to anyone looking to get great service ..thanks again
