I paid $160 for them to fix my phone and one day later my phone screen started bowing , and then cracked. They told me that there's nothing they can do for me. That I had to pay $160 again to get it fixed.

Came in with an issue that I thought was a screen problem. The guy behind the counter just said "battery". There wasn't an explanation so i asked him to replace screen too, and I guess I should have just left it at the battery. The screen that it was replaced with chipped very easily, from falls that shouldn't have had as much damage as they did.
