Absolutely terrible experience. Brought my iPhone 16 Pro Max in for a screen repair and walked out with a phone that was in WORSE condition than before. Paid almost $300 for some cheap garbage LCD screen that’s probably worth $10 off Amazon. The guy helping us was named Dylan or something like that, and from the start it was already unprofessional. I stopped into get a new phone cover and could not make up my mind to save my life! The patience of your worker Kenyl, was above and beyond. She stayed kind the whole time and was willing and happy to help me make up my mind. Great work over there will continue to use you folks in the future !
