Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Well below the competition's pricing and far exceeded the timely expectations
The service was fairly quick on my PS5. One day turn around which was nice. When I called to check the status, the tech said he letting it run for an hour. Called back to see if it was ready for pickup 30 min before closing to which they said it was. So communication wasn’t the greatest. Got the console home, to only find out the issue is still there. The PS5 is still freezing mid game and then crashes.
