I had to bring my phone in a little over a month ago due to the screen breaking, but the phone could still have calls. Not only did it take longer than originally stated due to them having to order a new screen and never communicating such for days, the first screen they put on would go yellow and had broken pixels. They ordered a new one and my husband brought it back in to get that screen fixed, and they gave him a hard time saying they won't be fixing it again despite it being THEIR mistake.
