Moe was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. He kept me informed through the entire process and was incredibly kind. Samsung complicated the repair, but Moe ensured I got my device back as soon as possible. I definitely recommend this location!
I’m not sure if the system was wrong but the gentlemen who attended to us said the phone I had was locked by a different carrier when the phone was bought through apple. Turns out it wasn’t. We went to a different metro pcs and was able to get service. This place has metro pcs, boost, and car plates and vehicle registration so seems kinda sketchy.
