As a visitor from the UK, I found Alex to be a true gentleman. He was able to advise me on getting a data SIM card, which really saved our bacon at the nearby convention center. Not being from the US and unfamiliar with local cell phone networks and tariffs, I appreciated Alex’s professionalism in clearly explaining everything and getting me sorted quickly.
