Phone pro did take care of me tbey replace a bad item for me with no cost
I walked in and was greeted perfectly, the person there was very knowledgeable and straightforward. I asked to fix my glass screen protector and they did it for free. My only problem with them is that they did not wipe the screen off with a microfiber cloth or something to take away some of the dust, they just took the old one off and put the new one on.
