I went in with a broken phone speaker. Lady told me that she would clean speaker to see if that fixed it, if it didn’t fix it, I wouldn’t be charged. She cleaned speaker, and speakers still didn’t work. She told me that she couldn’t fix the speaker in store and had to be sent away for repair. She proceeded to charge me $40 for speaker cleaning, even though I was promised no charge if cleaning didn’t fix issue. Very disappointed, would not recommend
