The business is a scam. My daughter couldn't turn on her iphone 12. He said the screen caused the issue. It costs $120, then he recommended a screen protector for $20. After we left the shop, the phone tured off again. We came back next day, he asked us to replace the batterry. He said, the phone is not turning on is not his problems. There are thousands things can cause the issue. Basically, he doesn't know how to fix phones' issues, he just keeps asking me to replace parts of my phone until I can't pay anymore.
