Went in yesterday to have my phone screen replaced to plastic cover but after it was just put on the screen was disgusting and edges were NOT put ON properly and went BACK only for it to be told it was my cover instead of taking responsibility that it wasn’t done properly
Took my phone in this morning as I was unable to charge it. I dealt with Tanish who was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure I had my phone fixed and back up and running in a timely manner as I needed it for work as I was travelling interstate the following day. Excellent service and pricing. Will definitely be referring Tanish to others.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went in to replace my screen for the second time and clearly told the guy I wanted the cheapest option because I’m planning to change my phone soon. Instead of doing his job, he mocked me and said, “You won’t change your phone. You all say that and come back again.” Then he had the audacity to say, “I’ll see you again in two months to change it again.” Who speaks to a paying customer like that?
