Poor quality repairs – avoid this place! I had both my phone and my daughter’s phone repaired here. He changed the screen and battery on mine, but now the screen is coming off and the battery is worse than before — it drops from 80% straight to 30% and then suddenly to 1%. My daughter’s phone was “fixed” at least 20 times but never properly repaired. Total waste of money. Extremely frustrating experience. Don’t go here!
Went in yesterday to have my phone screen replaced to plastic cover but after it was just put on the screen was disgusting and edges were NOT put ON properly and went BACK only for it to be told it was my cover instead of taking responsibility that it wasn’t done properly
Took my phone in this morning as I was unable to charge it. I dealt with Tanish who was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure I had my phone fixed and back up and running in a timely manner as I needed it for work as I was travelling interstate the following day. Excellent service and pricing. Will definitely be referring Tanish to others.
