Great experience
Paid $500 to have the phone screen replaced. After a few days phone completely lost reception. Returned the phone to the store, this guy made me pay a few extra hundred dollars. A month after the screen was replaced, there was a minor thin crack on the phone even though the phone was placed in a cover that I had purchased from them. The phone started to experience 'ghost touching'. I brough the phone back to the shop. Great service! Fixed my phone in 5 minutes, on a weekday. Not here on sun morning though.
Avoid at all costs! I went in for a back and front screen repair. Screen repair is advitised as under an hour. The technician didn’t know what he was doing, constantly on the phone to someone. They put on a new back and screen, and in the process disconnected camera, the antenna and the proximity sensor. It took two visits and OVER 6 HOURS to fix, as they had caused more problems.
