Awesome place to get your phone fixed would recommend to anyone fair and to the point and great guys to have a conversation with.
Great repair shop and even better owners. Been to 3 around the area and this is my favorite by far. I’ll for sure be back next time I have problems.
I went to phone ninjas today, after considering using the Apple care warranty or just supporting local so that I don't have to do the crazy options Apple has for me. First off, both gentleman were extremely kind. They were willing to troubleshoot what they think the problem is before getting into it so they could quote me. After inspection, and troubleshooting turns out I will have to deal with Apple care and one thing is I respect their honesty. Josh was awesome! Screen was broke and they needed to order it. I was told it would be done by next day by the young guy working the counter. I came in and they informed me they needed a part that would take a few days which wasnt a problem but he threw in a battery free for the inconvenience. Upon picking the phone up the phone it works great and looks great! I'm concerned by previous reviews stating they keep miscellaneous screws?
