Owner is a scammer Sold me a NEW phone that turns out wasn’t new. The device was in fact blacklisted and I couldn’t do anything with it. Went and asked for my money back and he claimed I was scamming him and somehow stole the phone. Fought with him for months after telling him I was going to turn him in he gave me my money back. Josh is very knowledgeable. Very affordable especially compared to a different place I have experienced in town. I dropped my phone in a chicken water container and it started freaking out. I tried the rice trick, didn’t work. I tried charging it and turning it back on (do not do that) with no luck. Erased my youngest child’s pictures out of our life!
