The rudest worker/owner on front desk really needs to understand their job isnt just about fixing things, its also about customer service. Dropped in my playstation to have its disc reader fixed. Went to pick it up and jokingly said it just happened to stop working after the missus had been playing on it. He then went on to say they dont look to impart blame on how things have broken.
