The rudest worker/owner on front desk really needs to understand their job isnt just about fixing things, its also about customer service. Dropped in my playstation to have its disc reader fixed. Went to pick it up and jokingly said it just happened to stop working after the missus had been playing on it. He then went on to say they dont look to impart blame on how things have broken. Took my phone in for a cracked iPhone screen this morning. They said to pick up in 1.5hrs. Ready when they said. Charge $129 which is what they advertised, Apple wanted $329. Bonus they also fixed my speaker, I hadn’t been able to hear anyone for a few months and now I need ear plugs! Thanks for a great service. Highly recommend. Lisa
I have hardly ever come across a more rude and unhelpful person. He topped it at my second visit. A three year old toddler has better manners and sense for business.
