Good service, good price
Not sure what's wrong with some people now days.. Called them for a s10 5g phone case.. yep come on down, we have some... get down there & they did'nt have even 1!! wasted $5 petrol & 30 mins of my time.. Said to the guy, i called so I wouldn't have to mess around.. I got totally messed around!! Went into the Osborne Park store and a young man was rude and unhelpful. I have an old phone my kids use for music but the battery has died. I had my own battery to change out and asked if he would be able to unscrew the bottom screws to open my phone. I said I would happily pay for him to just unscrew them. "No it's not a service we offer." Even though they have the tools to do it. How hard is it to be a nice human being? Got My Galaxy Z Fold 5 fixed here after being turned away by the genuine Samsung repair centre's. Was also $70 cheaper than I was quoted at other places and turned around in less than a week. Will use them next time for sure.
