I highly recommend Phone-Medics. Ryan really knows his stuff and is very easy to work with. I have taken many devices to him for repairs and very pleased every time. His service is quick and reliable.
Highly recommend you guys, first off I came in on Wednesday the 3rd with a busted screen and was greeted with honesty and respect. The ora of the place is clean and amazing looking. I was greeted by the owner himself almost immediately and had no issues or anything customer service wise that I generally would get at other phone repair places. We had to order my part (common now of days since no one carries shit on hand anymore) and was possibly looking at getting it in latest Monday the 8th earliest possible Sunday the 7th. ... read more
Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He ordered the part, replaced it and was happy to answer my phone calls and questions for two days after!
My iPhone 13 had a microphone and battery problem and he had it done in 1 week and was the best customer service I have ever seen extremely nice and calm guy would recommend
