Ryan is very professional and friendly. My daughter ran over her phone. Ryan got to work right away and got it back to us the next day. I highly recommend Phone Medics.
Quality customer service! Wanted the OEM replacement for the screen which had to be ordered. But Ryan offered to install another one that he had on hand until the ordered one arrived. I opted to just wait, but appreciated that. Emailed me right away that the replacement arrived. Dropped phone off and returned 30-40 minutes later. Replacement was done. Would recommend Phone Medics without pause.
