This place is a complete scam. We were quoted $350 to replace a screen, and we agreed to that price before leaving the phone with them. When we came back to pick it up, they suddenly demanded $450 instead. When we asked why the price had gone up by $100 without our approval, the employee told us, “There’s nothing we can do,” and refused to release our phone unless we paid the higher amount. Warning SCAM!!!!Took my phone for a screen repair and the guy at the counter said it would be $350 I signed a blank agreement that he was to do the repair . when I came to pick up the phone the agreement I Signed he had wrote $450 on it. Gave me a false estimate ended up having to pay $100 more than agreed upon
My husband and I just visited phone medic to look at our Samsung units. He had a bad 'virus' we thought and mine was running very slow. The gentlemen working there went right after our phones, fixing them in 10 minutes and then gave us lots of other tech info about streaming. Such generous spirits, so polite and so knowledgable!!! They charged us $5 each to remedy a situation we have been frustrated with for days! Thank you so much! What great guys!!!
These guys are the BEST!! They’ll give it to you straight, help you in the most cost effective/logical way, and they work literal magic on your electronics!! I would send my Grandma here!!
