If I could give a negative review I totally would. I called today asking for a price range on a iPhone 15 max pro screen replacement. The first response was its gonna be $700.00 for just the screen not including labor. I thought it was a little pricey and had my co-worker call 5 mins later to ask the same question about a iPhone 15 Max pro. Their response was $500.00 for the screen not including labor. That store is not honest.! They take your money promise they can fix phone,take months to do nothing.@ then rip you off by not even producing parts and labor.its a rip off Take your phones else where.
A screen that was replaced by this location had a defect. I took it in to get it fixed under warranty. They say that it’s “technically fall damage” when the phone has ZERO marks or scratches. I wouldn’t take my device in for a repair from this location as they are very expensive and do not honor their warranty.
Michael is great. He helped me with several of my iPad's. From fixing broken screens, my home button, and a new battery. He had great customer service, not just to me but to others that came in. I recommend visiting him when needing something fixed. Thank you Michael!!
needed my camera lens fixed right away and Michael was able to help us on such short notice. He was very informative and provided great customer service. The process was quick and easy. Would recommend!
