3 hour wait time for a simple battery replacement, and backside replacement. Ridiculous
Galen and Gage were exceptional in helping repair my phone screen expeditiously with a courteous demeanor and superb attitudes. I went here 4 years ago and got my phone repaired and it took 1.5 hours. This time with the new staff my phone screen was repaired within 15 minutes.
New staff, poor management.They don't know what they're doing.Don't waste your time.
