Yesterday I went to phone logic with my carer as I needed to have a pop socket put on my phone. When I asked they to assist they told me it would cost $35 dollars . I was completely horrified that they where going to charge me that amount of money for a two second job . I said no thank you and went upstairs where to a different phone shop where they popped it on for free the job took all of two seconds. I would highly not recommend this store plus the girl was extremely rude to me .
This store never has an employee standing in the store, EVERYTIME I see this place it’s empty. This has happened multiple times and I’m appalled, I used to work in one of these pop ups so I understand the fact of going to the bathroom/breaks and leaving the store on its own. But for them to leave there would have to be some type of sign saying back in 10 or something to signify their absence, if you actually want to buy something you’ll be waiting at least 15-20 mins if there’s no one there. but because the store is sometime... read more
