Would not go back. Bought a phone case which turned out to have a manufacturing fault (Would not stay closed). Took it back with the receipt a few days later and staff member tried to tell me he could not give a refund but rather I had to deal with the person who was working when I bought it. Also fitted a screen protector which within days had air bubbles appearing under it, they attempted to rectify this but still the same. Eventually got a refund on the case but only after explaining consumer laws to staff member.
Disappointed. Bought a case here a couple weeks ago. I showed the gentlemen what I wanted (an extremely basic and simple case). He showed me a case that was similar but with a magnet for a card, I thought that might be handy so inquired about the price. He said “$39.99” I was not prepared to pay that for a basic phone case so I asked him how much the more simple one was. He replied “$29.99” I said alright that’s fine I’ll do that one. My wife and I went to get our screen protectors replaced, and we were extremely satisfied with the service! The staff patiently explained the differences between various screen protector strengths, helped us try different combinations with our phone cases, and even cleaned our phones thoroughly. Really professional and thoughtful service – highly recommended!
