Omg!!! My phone died and I needed a new battery STAT! I rode down the street until I saw Phone Hub and WOW! Ali changed my battery on my iPhone 11 quickly, inexpensively, NO PROBLEM! Also, Amanda took excellent care of all of the customers in the store and has the best personality. You won’t be disappointed here!
I accidentally pulled the housing for the wires connecting to my PS5 fan completely out while cleaning it. I went to geek squad at best buy and he said they couldnt do it but to go to PhoneHub just a few doors down. They were awesome. Got it done so I could pick it up the next day. Exceptional customer service. I needed accessories for a handset upgrade accessories. I called in advance. The young lady confirmed she had them. I ended up purchasing more than I came in there for, because she was so helpful and informative. In addition, the repair manager was also very courteous and professional. I am extremely impressed with my experience and will be back soon.
My phone fell into the water and I took it to two other places that simply told me to buy a new device, but since I had photos of my deceased father on the phone, it was very important for me to get them back! Even though it wasn't easy, they restored my phone quickly and at a fair price, definitely a 5-star service.
