Exceptional customer service. I needed accessories for a handset upgrade accessories. I called in advance. The young lady confirmed she had them. I ended up purchasing more than I came in there for, because she was so helpful and informative. In addition, the repair manager was also very courteous and professional. I am extremely impressed with my experience and will be back soon.

I brought a laptop to Ali at Phone Hub Smyrna. The Laptop would not charge. This was the 2nd store I had gone to. The first couldn’t help me but suggested I go to Phone Hub. I’m glad I did! Ali not only diagnose the problem, he gave a VERY fair price! I highly recommend this place not only for phones, but for Windows laptops.
