I brought a laptop to Ali at Phone Hub Smyrna. The Laptop would not charge. This was the 2nd store I had gone to. The first couldn’t help me but suggested I go to Phone Hub. I’m glad I did! Ali not only diagnose the problem, he gave a VERY fair price! I highly recommend this place not only for phones, but for Windows laptops. You will not be disappointed with the solution as well as the customer experience!!
These guys are awesome. I had an appointment at Best Buy, and after not being attended to for about 30 minutes, I left and found myself at phonehub. They told me my laptop would be ready in 2-3 days. However, they actually ended up calling me the next day to let me know it was ready. Positive attitudes, quality service, just an awesome experience overall. I will be back with more tech
Fantastic help! I got stuck out in the rain and they let me know my options. When I found out that the parts to repair my phone would be more expensive than just buying another one they put in extra time and helped me get my phone working again. They let me know that the water has my phone on borrowed time, but thankfully I can at least recover my data. The guys were great!
They gave us a GREAT deal, fast service and were very kind. Thank you for being so accommodating to us! 100% recommend!
