I am a former Verizon regional manager I would avoid this place they have terrible communication my niece drop off a device and they never reach during the process that's not acceptable very unprofessional do better.
Way affordable then most repair shops and there service is quick they said my iPhone will be done in a hour, left and came back around 30 minutes it was already done
