I don’t write many reviews. My experience with Nick at The Phone Guys Repair was so impressive that I’m compelled to pass it on. My Microsoft Surface Pro’s laptop batteries were not holding a charge. The batteries are not replaceable except by a qualified technician. It was my good fortune to find Nick at the Phone Guys Repair store. I called the Phone Guy Repairs after my Samsung Galaxy A52 wouldn’t turn back on. Speaking with Nick, he suggested that I come into the shop so he could look at the phone. Upon arrival, Nick was extremely pleasant to deal with. He listened closely as I described the issue with my phone. Then he checked the voltage going to my phone and found the battery was not working properly. While talking to Nick, he took my phone in the back and opened it up to see what was going on.
