We've used Ron The Phone Guy a few times. His company has always provided excellent service with reaonable pricing. The latest call was on 7/29/25. He had a tech out the same day after helping us diagnose the problem over the phone.
Our entire phone system got fried due to a power outage where I work. I called Ron The Phone Guy. He initially walked me through fixes over the phone reboot, etc. and nothing worked so he sent his tech guy Kevin out that same day, ended up our whole phone system needed to be taken to the shop for repair, the memory card got fried when we had the power outage...the very next morning Kevin was back with our phone system had it installed and up and back in business!
