Sam fixed my battery very quickly. When the battery had an issue, he fixed it again. Now the battery is better than ever. I’m so grateful for how fast he works.
took my MacBook in because my letter B was non functional. Oaid for a new keyboard. On return,the space bar at the edges was non functional. They refused to fix/repair/replace. Not a happy customer.
I completely cracked the glass on my 11 inch iPadPro. The man at phone Guru replaced the glass - he did a great job and he did it sooner than I asked for. I waited a month to give this review just to make sure everything stayed great and it has! Excellent work, reasonable price! Much cheaper than buying a new iPad. Thank you.
I paid $360 to have my iPad fixed last November. They promised if it was not fixed, they would refund the money. I have been back and forth multiple times now to pick up my iPad , which is broken, not repaired. They refuse to honour their promise. I think it would be very fair for the shop to offer me at least a partial refund if they can’t fix it
