Phone fell and cracked case resulting in damage to screen that rendered phone unusable. Took it to major franchise shop. Didn't have part, needed two weeks to get it, wanted ridiculous price and didn't really seem interested since it was not an insurance job. Took my problem to Saraga vendor arrived at 11AM. Picked up completely repaired phone at 1:15 that afternoon. Cost was 50% of franchise estimate. Have used repaired phone for almost a week. No problem whatsoever.

I came here to change my watch battery and was there 5 minutes then another customer come and for a second he goes and assist the other customer…this customer inquired about phone….he was literally attending this customer because what???? The item is higher price than my watch battery???bad customer service…..then i said i was here first before them and he went back and do my watch…..
