RecommendedDropped my phone in the ocean. Tried everything but could not get my screen to work. After a hassle trying to deal with Verizon I decided to take it to PhoneFixated. Dropped it off and the guys there had it back action in an hour. Quick and easy. Saved me from losing all my photos and contacts.
Well I went in there the first time to see if they could fix my IPhone 11, he said yes, and the price was decent and it would be done while we waited. Well I get it back everything seems fine until I try to check my accounts. I had all my accounts set to facial recognition and that was a nightmare to try to get everything back to where I can get into my accounts. My experience was awful. They do not stand behind their work. The son was actually trying to help but the the dad just gave me the run around. Complete waste of money. Do not recommend.
Today I stopped in because I had a cell phone problem. Within a short time the hearing problem was fixed & I was in my way. I highly recommend Phone Fixated for cell phone problems. Very professional, timely & immediately detected the problem. Walked out one happy customer!

Not a good place to recommend. Wasted my time, money and he was so short talk to customers. After all that I spend in the end I had to buy a new phone. His work not 100% guaranteed. Save your money and time.
My experience was great. Saved me headache from getting a new phone. They were courteous and professional. A1 in my opinion
I showed up on Saturday right after they closed and #1 they let me in. #2 they called the technician back in, who had already left for the day. Fixed my phone good as new. The Vega's are great people. I will definitely use them again. Go check them out. They are right down from La Paz on Spence
