Guy told me a price of 120 then when I pick up the phone now it’s 139 with tax made it 149 to replace just a back screen and on top of that they hand it to me and there is glue all over it squeezed out of the seams you the other guys I could have done a better job
I had a very disappointing experience with Phone Fix USA. I brought my phone in for a simple screen replacement, but the service took much longer than promised. When I finally got my phone back, the screen wasn’t properly aligned, and there were noticeable gaps around the edges. To make matters worse, the touch sensitivity was off, making it difficult to use the phone. I tried reaching out for a follow-up, but their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend their services based on my experience.
