Waist of time had my phone 2 days and Dident fix it and not as much as sorry from him I wouldn’t waist ur time going near he’s shop it’s a joke the way he runs he’s shop takes ppls phone then brings them to Belfast to other shops to get them fixed never again !!!!!!!!!!
Terrible Ipad and two iPhone's left in They use cheap products terrible customer service refused to fix it decided to fix one after multiple complaint then they said needed two days with phone and wouldn't be until next week. Wrecked the battery on the phone disabled face id as not genuine part whole phone buggered
Awful. Left my daughters iPad in to get a new screen. The first time I collected it, touch screen wasn’t working on the middle of the screen. Second time, he had replaced the white screen with a black leaving the white home button on it. Then had the nerve to charge me an extra £20 for HIS MISTAKE! I’m always supporting local but not when I’ve been ripped off. He tried to make it better by saying the black screen is more expensive. I said the original was white!
