Sent a message before they were open and received an immediate response (which shouldn't be expected but worked out great for me). I was told exactly what options I had for repair, given a good estimate, and the work was done way faster than I expected with better results than I hoped for. This saved me a huge headache right before going on vacation. The whole team was friendly too, especially Carter.
Screen repaired and on my way within 2 hours of reaching out. Friendly staff. Transparent. Highly recommend.
They might be really great, but when we texted them from right outside their business which looks like it may be out of their home, and right before they opened, we were told that it would take 2 hours worth of work and cost $100 to replace a battery even if we had the battery with us for our cell phone. Edition they told us they were very busy and would not have time to allow us to watch them do the work. This is the same work that a YouTube video showed being done in 8 minutes. Absolutely SUPERIOR work!! This shop has it all! Great friendly service, EXTREMELY affordable prices, and VERY, VERY friendly dog :) Both Jesse and John are quick to get the job done and will answer any and all questions you may have. Just keep in mind these men are at work so while it is in a "home setting", it is also their workshop, so I propose that those who are new there to be in and out until you're more acquainted with the guys.
