I came here a few weeks ago to get an iPad and iPhone screen fixed. I didn’t have any problems with the iPad but when I got my phone back my SIM car was gone and my screen kept saying unavailable and was stuck on that screen. I called the next day about my sims card but a guy said the guy that fixed my phone wasn’t there and he tried to called but didn’t answer and that he will give me a call back to give an update. I had a TERRIBLE and HORRIBLE experience at this place!!! The STAFF was RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL acting towards Me!!! I guess the STAFF picks and chooses which Customers they're going to RESPECT and DISRESPECT!! And they need to be RETRAINED in CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS to TREAT EVERYONE with RESPECT or BE FIRED!!!
