Incredibly friendly staff from the moment they answered my phone call to the moment i got my phone back. A huge repair only took one hour at PhoneCare+ and I could not be more grateful for the fast response and amazing work.
I dropped my phone while at Mapleview last night and broke the screen and damaged the charging port.. I was unable to use the phone. None of the phone kiosks had the correct replacement screen. Thankfully, I was directed to Phone Care+ by the entrance to The Bay. The service I received was worth 10 stars. I bought a new phone, but could not get into the old one to transfer data. I recently visited this place to upgrade my phone and my experience was amazing! The guy and girl went above and beyond to help transfer all my data over from my old busted phone to the new one as well as helped me choose a case and installed a screensaver for me! Highly recommend this place and will be coming back as well! Thank you guys!
The guy who applied my screen protector did a terrible job—left a hair trapped under it! They should be called PhoneCareless, not PhoneCare+!
Had an issue with my boyfriends phone and it was repaired in less than 30 minutes. Staff were helpful and friendly.
