Update to yesterdays review: I received a phone call today (the next day) from a bank exec apologizing for the situation. He asked if I wanted something (eg. gift card, etc.), but I declined not looking to gain anything. I appreciated the sincerity of the apology, and he promised to work with the branch to do better. Based on this, I changed the 1 star rating to a 3 and will continue to keep my accounts with this bank. Thanks Chuck! Collegeville Branch - Normally, I'd be singing their praises on consistent service and friendliness. However, going in to pay off a loan ended up being 45 minutes of torture. I was directed to the end teller and let her know that I wanted to pay off a loan. She immediately got flustered and said, "I don't know how to do that". Her colleague stated, you can do it, you should have notes on it. This continued a few more times with the colleague stating the same thing in an annoying fashion. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ever use this bank. They suck, plain and simple. Their customer service reps will talk "behind your back" when you call them not realizing they are on speaker phone, enough to make the other employees at the bank that heard her slur for me blush. Their Debit card, a "tap to pay" won't work with Google pay/Wallet for G.O.K. why, and when I ask them a question, including a manager, I NEVER have gotten an answer why it won't work.
