I LOVE coming here!! The classes are fun, such a great workout no matter what your fitness level! The infrared sauna is AMAZING for so many health benefits! The package pricing is less than what I'd expect for the services provided. If you're in the Greenville area, you MUST check this place out!
I absolutely love everything about this GYM. Everyone is nothing but supportive. Best group of strong, loving woman you'll ever find. And they have inferred saunas!!!! AND Jenn the owner is a dietitian. I give Phoenix a solid 10!!!!
This is the whole package…women’s only, infrared HIIT workouts, yoga sculpt and POUND classes. I love the extra calorie burning infrared panels and private infrared saunas. This is a must try if you live anywhere near Greenville. M. Brown
