If you are thinking of buying Phoenix products then I recommend that you don't. Had a new bathroom fitted 9 months ago and straight away there were problems. The hole for the toilet seat was misaligned. Informed Phoenix but heard nothing. Lately, the plug in the sink was getting stuck and a piece of chrome has come off the shower door. Now, the plastic covering on the shower hose is peeling off. Very poor quality. Bitterly disappointed as we spent nearly £5,000 on these products.

I contacted Phoenix Bathrooms with a problem I was having with a shower. Within a few hours, Andy called me and spent quite a bit of time identifying the problem and finding a solution. A replacement part is now on the way. Fantastic customer service!!

I would like to thank Ellie and the team at Phoenix Bathrooms with the guidance of Faruk at Tile Point Leeds for all there help in resolving an issue with the shower thermostatic bar which was installed incorrectly by my first bathroom fitter. A replacement was issued to me without delay even though Phoenix had delivered the original item in perfect condition. What great service. My tower shower head was covered in limescale and not working very well. I called Phoenix and explained the problem, the biggest being that the unit is about 8 years old. They immediately sent me a new insert for the shower, no quibbles and no fuss. All fitted and now like a brand new shower. Great service and would recommend them any time.
