I contacted Phoenix Bathrooms with a problem I was having with a shower. Within a few hours, Andy called me and spent quite a bit of time identifying the problem and finding a solution. A replacement part is now on the way. Fantastic customer service!!

I would like to thank Ellie and the team at Phoenix Bathrooms with the guidance of Faruk at Tile Point Leeds for all there help in resolving an issue with the shower thermostatic bar which was installed incorrectly by my first bathroom fitter. A replacement was issued to me without delay even though Phoenix had delivered the original item in perfect condition. What great service. My tower shower head was covered in limescale and not working very well. I called Phoenix and explained the problem, the biggest being that the unit is about 8 years old. They immediately sent me a new insert for the shower, no quibbles and no fuss. All fitted and now like a brand new shower. Great service and would recommend them any time.

I would love it 0 stars but that's not possible unfortunately. I bought a toilet from Pheonix and there was a defect from manufacturing that was clear they refused to honour their 5 year gaurentee even though it was still well with the time frame. STAY AWAY False advertising
