I would give it less s tars if I could. There's no extra parking for residence even though there's like 25 parking spaces empty around the office .The pool has been shut down since we moved in 8 months ago.No club house for us to use they use it for their office. They jacked rent up like 300 since we moved in . They send warning messages daily about the rules . Wish we never moved in.

Avoid Comfort Communities at all costs. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing, and a big part of that is Claudia, the community manager. In my experience, she has been rude, passive-aggressive, dismissive, and unprofessional whenever residents raise legitimate concerns. Rather than listening or working toward solutions, she communicates rules in a disrespectful manner and seems more focused on enforcing them than helping the people who live here. Avoid Comfort Communities at all costs; they bought our property a year ago and have completely ruined what used to be a peaceful, dream spot. The moment they took over, they immediately jacked up the rent by nearly $300 a month while simultaneously draining our community pool and launching an aggressive parking enforcement campaign, leaving those of us with multiple vehicles facing constant towing threats.
