I have been waiting for some steel they supposedly ordered for over a month. First few times it didn't come in because of holiday, then they don't know why, then it was miss ordered. Now I have no idea because they apparently have some new phone system and you can't find out anything, jist keeps going back to main menu. They're service has gone not just down hill, but over a cliff. Only reason I would get anything from them is because the company uses them. What a shame.
