I started with the Phoenix Weight Loss Clinic weighing in at 168 pounds and I'm 5'4". I was struggling to get into a size 14 and extra large anything. Yesterday I pulled on an old size 8 pair of pants from a large stack of "I can't wear any more pile". I did it slow but steady and I am not finished yet. Thank you to Dr. Gear and his staff for making this a pleasant journey for me.
Dr. Gear and his staff are simply amazing. I have lost 25 pounds and several inches in a month and it was almost effortless. I have tried every diet out there, and most didn't work. The ones that did made me feel weak or extremely hungry all the time so I would quit. This has been so easy, I can't foresee a reason to stop. This really will be a life long change for me.
