Excellent service. We took our elderly dog here last week and he was given very prompt care. We opted to make him comfortable with medications given his age and declined further testing and the veterinarian was supportive and understanding. She offered us all available options but also was no trying to push us into something we didn’t want. My husband and I came in today to, sadly, put down our 16 year old cat, Mia. We were both sobbing in tears the entire time and the staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate to our needs. This is a very clean facility and we were able to sit in a large room with our baby to spend some last moments with her.
i called for emergency because my dog was showing stroke symptoms & needed help over the phone something to help meanwhile to save my dogs life , and the lady that answered was careless and just cold. She didn't even let me finish my sentence when i was currently in distress, I never leave bad reviews but in time when you really need an answer and you're "a hospital clinic for pets" but u have someone like that answer it makes me question the lack of empathy for workers in the industry.
