I called to check if the doctor reviewed my MRI results. The young lady who answered the phone was busy messing with something else in the back ground and kept asking me to repeat myself. I even asked her if she was busy with something else. I would ask a question, she would say " could you repeat that". These people answering the phones need to learn some priorities, courtesy and manners. She was told before I ended the conversation that she was rude. I hope the doctors are not as bad as the staff working for them.

This was my 18th surgery; I'm tough and I HATE pain medicine! This is a 3 week long story but I'll try and make it brief. For starters, my stent was removed WAY to soon. Before though, nurse tells me I have a UTI but Dr. Moore isn't concerned. Within 30 minutes of him removing my stent, some of the worst pain in my life. I called Phoenix Urology. Nurse speaks with Dr. Moore ... read more
