I visited the location near Gateway Hospital in gilbert. Not sure what Jamie is talking about, these people are wonderful, I had concerns after my visit and a physician assistant spent 10 minutes on the phone with me easing my worry, also the doctor spent about 15 minutes explaining my condition and the surgery I was going to have (which also went great). They are kind, honest people at the gilbert/mesa location and actually some of the staff is contracted from Scottsdale Healthcare, and the BBB won't do anything Jamie sorry... read more
I came to know this office as far back as November, 2008 for what ended up being a very difficult surgery (no robots, then) for prostate cancer. All of the Dr,s, PA and MA's and everyone in the front office could not have been more helpful, kind and thorough. Every follow-up appointment was handled with great care and they were always available to answer any possible questions. I continue to see Dr. Benson on a somewhat regular basis for other issues an have never left the office unhappy for any reason. I can't imagine a bet... read more
