I assume these places all operate the same. I went to the location in Scottsdale. Dr. Alexander saw me for 5 minutes and told me I should not be here for this issue, then sent me on my way. I later received a bill coded as 99204 for a "longer outpatient visit," which is more expensive. It's just blatant fraud. I have contacted billing who is unwilling to resolve the issue and never answers the phone. My advice to you: DO NOT GO TO ANY ARIZONA UROLOGY LOCATION or, if you do, CHECK YOUR BILL or you risk having your money stole... read more
It took a little bit longer than I would like to have taken I had a 2:45 appointment I got there at 2:30 as of instructed and I didn't get out of there till after 4:00
Very friendly, clean super nice people. All of my questions were answered. I am very pleased with them.
Great Dr and staff, very comfortable atmosphere
