Great, honest mechanic in Auckland. I took in my car for new break pads and told the team I'd been having some unexplained traction issues. I know nothing about cars, and probably would have just accepted it if they'd told me I needed four brand new tyres. But the mechanic took a look and said there was no issue — even swapped the back tyres, which were in slightly better condition for the front ones, free of charge. I'll be using Phoenix in the future! Thank you!
