Make sure you speak to Sandy. She and her staff are fantastic. Great facility and great experience.
They cancelled my in person class by email 5 days before the training after I had already booked flights and hotel. Also, they sent me outdated information about hotels.
The staff was nice and acknowledgeable about the course they were teaching.
PTS is a great place to get your staff trained on soft skills and IT by expert trainers. Rather than boring online videos, they have up-to-date professionals come in and provide real world hands on training. Highly recommend.
