I am writing this review to caution other owner-operators and fleets regarding the service and lack of accountability at this facility. On November 25, 2025, I had bushings and new U-bolts installed here. Shortly after, the axle shifted, leading to catastrophic mechanical failure and approximately $9,000 in damages. When I called to resolve the issue and requested to speak with a manager, I was repeatedly denied access. Instead, I was told by staff that the manager "advised the driver" that the U-bolts required re-torquing. ... read more
Had a Truck on highway loose something that cut my tire. It caused tire to blow which hit my exhaust and completely smashed end and ripped out of one box. These guys here got me right in and Hass worked on my exhaust and fixed it perfectly. Really saved our week. Will be back in the future. Thank you to everyone at Phoenix Truck & Equipment.
Been a customer for over a year. It's hard to find good shops these days. Joe Greg Robert Matt Ken Hawes. All great people great attitudes and service. Highly recommend. Always get my fleet back running again.
