We have Phoenix tapware in our bathroom and have been exceptionally happy with the products as well as the after-sales service. Phoenix have a great warranty program - we had an issue with our showerhead and a replacement was dispatched immediately. We recently upgraded the tapware at a rental property and Phoenix sale prices on a discontinued line were not much more than Bunnings budget range so it was no question. So happy with the customer service from Bree. She was so helpful and informative in assisting me choose a kitchen tap. She went out of her way to try and source it for me too, as none in WA warehouse atm. Thank you Bree for all your assistance. I really appreciate it.
poor quality. Worst performing tap ever, worse than the normal chinese brands, and yet they got the determination to sell their sub- standard products at very high price. Bad customer service and warranty. Will not be getting any Phoenix ever for any of my projects. Terrible product
Product quality is very good and after sales warranty service has been excellent. Had a couple of issues with a mixer tap and shower rose but Phoenix replaced them without questions asap each time.
300$ to replace our shower tap handle, yes you heard right, a single tap. We bought what was supposed to be high end item for our bathroom and the tap had to be replaced just a few years after installation. No warranty, nothing, just buy an other one guys🤬🤷 Don't waste your money with those guys, Bunning would be 5 times cheaper and last forever...
