DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS. Fault after fault and no back up service, you are on your own after 12 months. Would think that a product at this price point would last but we had problems from day one and now 10 weeks out from the 12 month warrantee they will no longer back up the product. WHAT A JOKE. Be nice if the cheapened product was actually cheap so that buyers didn't think that they were buying quality and getting rubbish. So disappointed that we have to deal with companies like this.
Customer service has been amazing on two occasions post warranty when I have needed spare parts. I’d definitely repurchase phoenix products again based on this alone. Thankyou Sharon and eline, emails were responded to exceptionally fast and new products are out within 24hrs of my query.
We have Phoenix tapware in our bathroom and have been exceptionally happy with the products as well as the after-sales service. Phoenix have a great warranty program - we had an issue with our showerhead and a replacement was dispatched immediately. We recently upgraded the tapware at a rental property and Phoenix sale prices on a discontinued line were not much more than Bunnings budget range so it was no question. So happy with the customer service from Bree. She was so helpful and informative in assisting me choose a kitchen tap. She went out of her way to try and source it for me too, as none in WA warehouse atm. Thank you Bree for all your assistance. I really appreciate it.
poor quality. Worst performing tap ever, worse than the normal chinese brands, and yet they got the determination to sell their sub- standard products at very high price. Bad customer service and warranty. Will not be getting any Phoenix ever for any of my projects. Terrible product
