I have taken both the Basic Mediation and the Workplace courses with Phoenix Strategies. Michelle is knowledgeable and relatable, and the course format allows for information to be immediately put into practice. As I pivot in my career, I inquired about Phoenix Strategies and immediately felt at ease with the information. I scheduled my week long class but realized, after I made payments, that I would have a schedule conflict but the whole team (including the instructors) worked with me so I could finish my course. I learned a lot during my week long course with various instructors and I'm really looking forward to moving forward in my new career.
