In and out
They are good to load you quick
For pick up, the people are really good and fast, but for deliveries the other side of the building, they are extremely slow and I don’t know why. A week ago they load me four coils and it took them 15 minutes and here for delivery each coil they unload it takes them from half an hour to an hour. I think this is ridiculous. I always thought that shipping is more complicated than receiving, but not in this company and doesn’t look like management cares about it because it’s been like this for a while now.
Friendly folks. However, theyre either short staffed or incompetent, they take about 1-2hrs to unload a truck..Be prepared to take a lunch break while youre here waiting to unload.
