Phoenix Smart Connect totally messed up my smart home installation in Islamabad. Claimed to be experts but were super unprofessional, massively delayed, and didn't deliver what they promised. Phoenix Smart Connect didn't deliver remotely what they promised for my Lahore client. Work was shoddy, issues piled up, communication broke down, and deadlines were missed. Had to chase them relentlessly for basic updates but nothing improved. Quality was way below expectations and wouldn't touch them again for anything. Terrible value for money.
