Only 5stars to Phoenix Services and their team attending to our garden. We received only GREAT, EXCELLENT friendly and professional service. Nothing was too much, too big for the team working in our garden and all done with great friendliness and experience from the office staff right through to all staff working in our garden. The guy was on time was very professional relised he needed assistance from another person. Two guys came they also professional offered to clean up afterwards. Would use again for sure.
Phoenix had previously replaced my shower and had done an excellent job. When i found my barge board had rotted and needed replaceing, I called them again. I was told that there would be a delay after accepting the quote but to my surprise they contacted me and after a false start showed up and replaced the barge board. The trades man did an excellent job. Not only did he replace the barge board but he located the cause of the damage, fixed that and also offered a recommendation to improve the roof if I had the funds. Excell... read more
